This unique release is part of Balvenie’s “Cask Finish Series” and is the only expression in their core range to undergo a full maturation in sherry casks. It was developed by Master Blender Kelsey McKechnie, who visited Taiwan multiple times to ensure the whisky complemented local culinary traditions.
