Released in November 2022, GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 8 is a carefully crafted single malt by master blender Billy Walker. It was matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, Oloroso sherry casks, virgin oak barrels, and Rioja red wine casks. Like previous batches, it is non-chill filtered and contains no added caramel coloring, preserving its full-bodied and natural character.

Flavor- Aromas of mocha, nutmeg, and walnut oil rise from the glass, accompanied by notes of heather honey, sweet raisins, and dried red berries.
Palate- Rich layers of cinnamon spice, treacle, and honeycomb, followed by hints of ginger and dark chocolate, with lingering flavors of nutmeg and fennel.
Finish- Long and warming, with vanilla, dried fruits, and a subtle smoky touch.
