A 500ml bottling of Suntory’s excellent Hibiki 12 Year Old blended Japanese whisky, including malts from Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries. Sadly, this expression was discontinued by Suntory back in 2015 following the incredible surge in Japanese whisky’s popularity. Since then, bottles of this 12-year-old blend have become rather rare and sought after.

Nose:Juicy marmalade with real chunks of orange, cooked apples dusted with cinnamon, thick honey and plum wine.
Palate: Crushed almonds, stewed fruits, clove-studded oranges. Sherried malt and a subtle core of oak.
Finish: Bright and flavoursome with crisp apple and citrus.
