Laphroaig Quarter Cask is a bold and richly peated single malt whisky from Islay, Scotland. It undergoes a unique double maturation process: first aged in standard American oak barrels, and then transferred to smaller quarter casks (approximately 125 liters) for a second maturation. This increases contact between the whisky and wood, intensifying flavor extraction and adding richness and complexity.
