Sandy has meticulously attended to these rare casks and waited for the perfect moment when the casks have imparted the desired essence to these exquisite blends.

Nose: Initial notes of rhubarb and ginger jam, raspberry coulis and roasted hazelnut give way to carrot cake and cinnamon with hints of charred oak.
Palate: Dark chocolate-coated prunes, sultanas and cinnamon pastries with nutmeg and hints of sweet, charred oak.
Finish: A sweet and slightly spice finish.
