Starward Botrytis Cask is a limited-release single malt whisky from Melbourne-based Starward Distillery, aged in botrytis-affected dessert wine barrels. These wine casks, used traditionally for noble rot wines (like Sauternes), impart a uniquely sweet, aromatic, and textured character to the whisky.
