Kairos is a limited edition single malt whisky from The Lakes Distillery, part of their experimental and creative Whiskymaker’s Editions series. The name “Kairos” is derived from ancient Greek, meaning “the opportune moment”—a fleeting, golden instant captured in time.
Inspired by the vibrant atmosphere of a Greek town, this whisky evokes imagery of sunlight-drenched streets, the scent of spice and raisins, and hidden cafés with sweet and exotic aromas in the air. It is a bold departure from The Lakes’ typical sherry-led style, offering a complex and refined profile through an unconventional cask selection.
