Nose- Rich and sweet peat smoke with a thick layer of raisin jam, pine needles, earth, and cinnamon-and-brown-sugar-dusted baked apples. Tar and leather develop, joined by liquorice, menthol, and blackcurrants.
Palate- Dark and ashy to start, with bitter char and liquorice pastilles balanced by bittersweet dark chocolate, mint fondant, and singed fruit cake. More fruit develops, wrapped in layers of ashy peat smoke.
Finish: Dark chocolate and tar fade to reveal fruit cake and a hint of lingering mint.
